Test Request Procedure

Download the test application form to fill out the content and contact us online to see if the test is possible.

If the requested test is possible, we will send you an estimate based on the contents prepared.

Please check the details of the estimate sent and submit it with the signature of the person in charge in the consent field.

Coordinating schedules such as sample receipt, testing, and issuance of transcripts.

The fee must be paid before the test date to confirm the reservation.

In case of a delay in arrival, the test schedule needs to be adjusted again, so please check the place and time of arrival.

The test will be conducted according to the contents discussed with each other.

After completing the test, we will inform you of the results for customer confirmation and issue a report (KOLAS, center itself) based on the results when requested.
